Job Title: Customer Care Manager

JEN INTERNET is among the leading players in the internet industry, committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to lead our customer service team and ensure a world-class client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the customer care team to deliver excellent service.
  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure adherence to service quality standards.
  • Develop and implement customer care policies, procedures, and service recovery strategies.
  • Analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Manage escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction and service performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service management, preferably in the Telecom industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering service excellence.
